La leche que se utiliza para la elaboraci\u00f3n de Queso Tetilla es leche de vaca procedente de las razas Rubia Gallega, Frisona o Pardo Alpina o de sus cruces.<\/p>\n
La alimentaci\u00f3n del ganado responde a las pr\u00e1cticas tradicionales, siendo objetivo del Consejo Regulador favorecer e impulsar el aprovechamiento directo de los pastos, pudiendo dictar normas complementarias con el fin de que la leche destinada a la elaboraci\u00f3n de Queso Tetilla, responda a sus caracter\u00edsticas peculiares.<\/p>\n
El Consejo Regulador fomenta la adopci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas encaminadas a mejorar la productividad de los animales y la calidad de la leche.<\/p>\n
Las instalaciones para la explotaci\u00f3n del ganado vacuno dedicado a la producci\u00f3n de leche con destino a la elaboraci\u00f3n de Queso Tetilla, cumplen las condiciones establecidas por la legislaci\u00f3n vigente y las establecidas en el Pliego de Condiciones.<\/p>\n

Una vez orde\u00f1ada, la leche se conserva de la manera m\u00e1s conveniente para evitar el desarrollo de microorganismos y la contaminaci\u00f3n medioambiental.<\/p>\n
El transporte se hace en las mejore condiciones higi\u00e9nicas, bien en cisternas isot\u00e9rmicas o frigor\u00edficas o bien por cualquier otro sistema que garantiza que la calidad de la leche no se deteriore.<\/p>\n
No se puede mezclar con otra leche que no proceda de ganader\u00edas inscritas ni con leche de vacas que no pertenezcan a las razas permitidas.<\/p>\n
A la leche que se utiliza para la elaboraci\u00f3n del Queso Tetilla, se le podr\u00e1 a\u00f1adir cloruro c\u00e1lcico.<\/p>\n
